一.肚皮舞的基本站姿
1、 Basic standing posture of belly dance
1. 基本站姿:雙腳成十一字或與肩同寬腳位站直,全身為成十字狀,挺胸抬頭,眼睛平視前方,收下顎,肩部放松,肘部微微下放,腕部上抬,芭蕾手位朝上,自然收腹收臀,腿部自然伸直,注意不要翹臀。
1. Basic standing posture: stand straight with feet in the shape of a
cross or the same width as the shoulder, with the whole body in the
shape of a cross, keep your chest up, look straight ahead, close your
jaw, relax your shoulders, lower your elbows slightly, lift your wrists
up, put your hands upward, naturally close your abdomen and buttocks,
naturally straighten your legs, and pay attention not to raise your
buttocks.
2. 基本蹲姿:雙腳成十一字或與肩同寬腳位屈膝站立,全身為成十字狀,挺胸抬頭,眼睛平視前方,收下顎,肩部放松,肘部微微下放,腕部上抬,芭蕾手位朝上,自然收腹收臀,注意膝蓋彎曲不超過腳尖。
2. Basic squatting posture: stand with feet in a cross shape or at the
same width as the shoulders, knees bent, the whole body in a cross
shape, chest raised, eyes looking straight ahead, jaw closed, shoulders
relaxed, elbows slightly lowered, wrists raised, ballet hands up,
naturally close the abdomen and buttocks, and pay attention that the
knee bend does not exceed the toes.

2、 Single basic skill of belly dance
1. 胯部6個動作:
1. Six movements of crotch:
水平面3個: (要求:基本站姿)
3 horizontal planes: (requirement: basic standing posture)
左右平推胯(左右胯)前推后移胯(前后胯) 前后擺胯(擺胯)
Push the crotch horizontally (left and right crotch) forward and
backward, move the crotch (front and rear crotch) forward and backward,
and swing the crotch (swing the crotch)
直立面3個:(要求:基本蹲姿)左右型槽模具 一次性止血帶 保定水處理設備 一次性止血帶 保定空壓機 北京真空泵/前后甩胯(甩胯)上下胯(屈膝、直立、踮腳) 上下/前后角胯(角胯)
